[02-05-2010]The Colombian publications El Meridiano de Cordoba and El Tiempo claim that government sources said that the next February 20 could be signed the FTA with the European Union.
Regarding the other countries that were in the process, Bolivia and Ecuador, Luis Guillermo Plata, Colombian Minister of Trade, Industry and Tourism, said that Bolivia "has opted to marginalize from the process" and that Ecuador recently decided to renegotiate the agreement, with the qualification that now have to "begin or resume that process."
